I had the Brazilian blow dry treatment done last week and am absolutely delighted! I have had this treatment done many time in different salons but result of non of them was so good , no surprise as Morgan was using best keratin available is market. The Salon was very clean and organised. My stylist was so lovely. Will defiantly be coming back to this salon.
Last week I asked for subtle highlights from another salon... They ruined my hair, put an awful colour in it and i was so unhappy with the cut. I booked lowlights with Paris Hair to break up the colour a bit with Morgan - and OMG she totally transformed my hair and it looked great - really natural, She got the colour bang on. I was so happy with my visit here. I couldn't of asked for anymore. I will 110% be returning here for my next and all future hair appointments x
A fantastic little salon just off Kilburn high-street, a great find and will definitely be going back! The staff are professional and know exactly what they are doing, would highly recommend to any friends or people looking for somewhere convenient and well-priced. On this occasion I had waxing and threading treatments booked but have also booked a facial for next week. No faults, a great salon!
Do not go here. Even if its a good value its not worth the damage done to your hair.
I'm not sure where to start with this. The staff were rude form the moment I walked in, I would cite names but no one introduced themselves and I did not have the man that was allocated me on my confirmation email (though when he was in the salon he was the only polite staff there). I would go so far to say that I felt belittled by staff despite being in my early 20's.
This all could have been tolerated if my hair turned out good, alas this was not the case.
The first lady to take to my hair asked me what I wanted; I said subtle highlights that complement my current haircolour (which is a dark gingery brown) - but she took to the bleach but reassured me that it would still be subtle on my hair colour (wrong).
Going to the application there were two women working on my hair: one clearly had no idea what she was doing as I could see that she wasnt applying the dye/bleach anywhere near my roots and the other lady had to keep correction her/ showing her what to do. The highlight were very very blocked and thick 1.5/2 inch width wise and are not intergrated into my hair. The end result of this was that I have uneven highlight and already had roots despite having the highlights just done.
Overall views on highlight: bad - very unnatural and uneven - 3 weeks on and I have 3/4 inches of roots.
The hair cut was equally as bad - as I had had my haircut only 3 weeks before I said I only wanted an inch off all over - which yet again - she failed to listen and cut a good 5 inches off and furthermore insisted I needed a fringe cut despite protesting.
The overall haircut makes me look like I had a cheap 90's supercut haircut leaving me, again, very let down.
I honestly wished I protested/complained at the time alot more - I have honestly never had such a bad experience at a hair salon before.

Lovely salon with friendly and attentive staff. Had highlights and cut, very pleased with both. The stylist went to great lengths to make sure the colour blended well with my current colour and was happy to advise without being pushy.
