I'm glad that booked myself the full-head highlights+trim+blow-dry-deal. Not only did I feel welcomed, but the personnel looked after me and made sure that I'm comfortable and explained different stages while proceeding with the highlights. Yes they did speak in their own language and yes the place is busy and I was occasionally left to wait a bit BUT they definitely know what they are doing. Apologizes about the previously mentioned things were asked and the result is simply amazing. I asked not to look like barbie and that's exactly what I was given. Stylish sophisticated highlights to give that platinum edge to my otherwise ash blond complexion without loosing my natural tones. Well groomed look but low maintenance due to the regrowth looking natural with these highlights. I have always enjoyed more of an family atmosphere places and this salon blooms with it. Don't be afraid to ask or demand something if you feel that you didn't get what you wanted in the first place. They will listen and make sure you'll leave happy. I personally recommend giving free hands. That's how I got my fantastic result!

The job with the highlights was good, but the trim wasn´t done properly. The cut is not smooth and it looks like something i would made at home. But thanks to the good job with the colour, I am giving 4 stars.

Easy to find, the Salon had a busy but cheerful vibe. It looks well frequented locally. The wash was good and the hair cut was done well and with care. The stylist really took trouble to do a great blow dried finish. Happy with the results..

Usual care and attention shown - probably a bit hard looking when finished but then that is my fault for not saying anything. It looks better today now more natural
