Staff were very welcoming and friendly however, they didn't check what I had booked in for therefore I had to pay extra. I feel I shouldn't have had to pay extra becuase this was their error. The nail technician next to me also shook a towel during my manicure meaning dust went in the polish. Having to pay extra in addition to this meant this was not the best experience. The staff apologized but I would think it would be the sensible thing to do to say don't worry about the charge considering this and the fact the error in treatment wasn't my fault but their's for not checking what I was booked in for.
Happy with my lashes but the Only thing I wasn’t comfortable in the beauty while my lashes are applied as door was always open and lots of people male / females coming in and out while I’m having my treatment and talking over my head, having eyes closed for 2 hours requires relaxation. Overall lashes looked nice.
It was really nice, good to relax and I feel my feet like new. I highly recommend.
