I booked for 7:40 through treatwell. I was called at 6:15 to ask if I could come any earlier. This meant I had to rush from my earlier appointment to arrive at 7:15 instead. Staff manager was elatively friendly but man who did my nails didn't speak at all. Vigorously took of my nails and didn't offer any protective varnish to be put on afterwards. I was highly aware that I was their last customer and they wanted to go home. Another man stood close by on his phone waiting for my nail technician so they could go home together.
