Very detailed and thorough appointment - I had my eyebrows threaded and have given it 5 stars. Will return soon.
Unfortunately this was one of the worst appointments I've had. I walked into the salon and was immediately met by a chemical smell that was overwhelming. The room for the wax was ok, but not very clean. The wax was definitely more painful than usual. It also took a lot longer than usual. Afterwards my skin was raw, I couldn't put anything on it to soothe it, even cool water was uncomfortable. The end result was not satisfactory, and here were many stray hairs still left. Really disappointing for £25
