I live locally and never thought to try before but went in to fix another salons bad dye job and 100% will return! The staff were so attentive and helpful, giving me great, knowledgeable advice and recommendations beforehand and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Service was friendly and attentive, always ensuring I was comfy and offering tea etc and although I was offered a few extras; I never felt pressured into buying upsells. Couldn't argue with the value too and will definitely return soon.
Hair Colouring
The whole experience felt a bit rushed and I wasn't offered a cup of tea or coffee, but the actual blow dry was good and the hair stylist was very friendly.
Blow Dry
I had a haircut and blowdry with Cassie and it was really great. Cassie rang up earlier in the week to confirm, which is always good. When I arrived, I sat down while she finished off with another client, then she came and sat down with me and really looked at my hair and quizzed me about what exactly I wanted. I really think this is important as too many hairdressers don't really listen to your requests or get a proper understanding of your hair type etc. She then washed my hair (with a quick head massage during the conditioner stage - always good!) and got me a drink and biscuit. The trim was efficient and speedy and she then blowdried with product (checking if it was ok to add to my hair).
All in all, very good service and very pleased with it!

The treatment I had was nice. It is not as nice a venue as other places I have had facial but it was pleasant enough. The table for the massage was uncomfortable around the face hole and I would have appreciated a towel to protect my face.
I have contacted the salon because I was only given a one hour treatment despite paying in a advance for a 90 minute one. The beautician told me she didn't want to do the full facial due to my upcoming wedding but I feel I should be refunded the difference as I was not given a choice over this and subsequently have overpaid. I still have not been responded to so do not know the outcome of this.
Classic Facials
I had Cassie for a blow dry and she was brilliant. Spent so much time making sure my hair was perfect and would last me the day which was more than I expected so really really pleased.
