The experience was AMAZING loved the finished loook, also Cassie was absolutely sweet easy to talk to with a warm welcoming smile. She made sure I knew what was happening at each stage, and talked me throughout the whole process to ensure I was comfortable. Her colleagues Angel and Ahmet are also extremely kind, as they offered me a cup or read/coffee along with a magazine which I thought was very thoughtful of them. Honestly speaking I would recommend anyone who would like wonderful staff with incredible talent with hair and years of experience, furthermore they also work very well with curly kinky hair which is fantastic. THANK YOU FOR THE SHAMPOO AND HAIR MASK CASSIE

I made an error when booking and actually wanted a haircut. They were able to accommodate me and were really friendly throughout the confusion. The haircut was exactly what I asked for and Angel checked at various points that I was happy with what she was doing. She seems to lack confidence which is a shame as I was very happy with her work. I also think the assistance/assurance provided by a more senior stylist was really nice to witness.
