I have had 6 session laser hair removal in this clinic which i DO NOT RECOMMEND to anybody. I wanted to take advantage of their 50% offer and paid £725.00 for upper legs , bikini line then I have been offered under arms due to buying 2 treatments. I am still hairy as exactly I was before. When I first came in for consultation, the coordinator told that I am very suitable for the treatment because of the type of hair I have and she repeated many times saying I will have baby skin(free of hair)!!!!! after the first session I could see "some" results ( few of my hair came off) after that stopped!!! I spoke to the stuff who repeated saying you have not finished your sessions yet , and the results will come over the time. when I finished 6th session (last) I spoke to the coordinator explaining my disappointment, who did not even ask to have a look at my legs , under arms! . Her first suggestion was that if I pay for additional 2 sessions to have upper legs done, she can offer me discount OR I can buy for lower legs then she can do additional 2 sessions ( upper legs) free. She did not realize that I lost my trust in their treatments and in their laser equipment!!!.. The quality of treatment I received there was so bad. I wasted my money and my time. I am soooooooooo disappointed !!! especially that few of my friends had laser done in other clinics and they are off hair after the 4th session!
Excellent practice , the doctor explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease.
Cosmetic Injectables
loved the treatment , however both of my treatments was cut down in time, i payed for 2 30mins tratments. i had one 20mins and one 15mins?

i enjoyed the treatments, however both treatments was cut short, i booked 2 30min treatments. the 1st one was just under 20 mins from when i entered the room untill i left. the second one was for only 15 mins ??
it's a shame because had i got my full treatments that i paid for i would probably returned to this salon.

Staff were very nice, had a patch test with Kerry who was very nice and very informative. Can't really comment on the laser hair removal as I only had a patch test but will be reviewing throughout. Didn't have to wait long either only fault was that the toilets didn't have any toilet paper at all. Other than that can't fault anything else.
