My appointment was for a 15-minute free consultation about my venous lake but Rosie was able to offer me the laser treatment there and then. She treated me with care and professionalism, giving me clear explanations and instructions before and during the procedure. Her after-care guidance was reinforced with a leaflet to take home. In addition we made an appointment for a free follow-up visit to check on my healing progress. I was very happy with the whole experience.

Very disappointing. I booked an initial consultation, was kept waiting for 20 minutes over the time I had booked. Later, I found an email notifying me that my appointment had been changed for 15 minutes later. It was too late because I was already there! When I was called by Rosie - just found out that was her name as she didn't introduce herself - she walked ahead of me letting the door shut in my face! It soon became abundantly clear that she wasn't at all interested in me or why I was there.
