I came for a consultation on the previous visit. The consultant, atmosphere and service was clear and pricise. I then booked myself in for the treatment recommended but I ended up being advised the very opposite of the initial consultation. Understandably this led me to raise the point "what was the purpose of the initial consultation and for what purpose I was sitting there for today." Both questions were completely ignored. This was a recommendation that ended up being a complete waste of time
Rosie changed me from oxygen treatment to microdermabrasion as she said this was more appropriate for my skin. This was much shorter than the treatment had paid for, and included LED light therapy, which made me feel nauseous and headachy. Rosie stopped the LED as soon as I said this, but this cut the treatment even shorter. I paid for a 1h 15m treatment and only received 45 minutes. My skin feels good but I feel my experience would have been much better if I’d received the treatment I booked.
