A really nice city centre practice with helpful staff. The laser hair removal worked and I would definately recommend to all.
Ok experience however did feel a little pushed to buy extras /upgrade treatment. I was embarrassed about the whole procedure so this did make me feel a bit worse. Overall, though the treatment was good & seems to have made a noticable difference to my pores.

Overall a pleasant first experience of laser hair removal, however I did feel a little rushed through the process. Also the toilet facilities were a bit below the standard of the rest of the building, lacking toilet roll.
I did feel at ease during the treatment and am looking forward to my next session.

All staff were lovely. However I was left disappointed that despite being advised by email that the area I wanted to be covered fell under the Groupon deal I purchased; I was informed during my patch test that in fact it wasn't, (even though it's a tiny area in the same region to the area covered and would take an extra 30 seconds to include it in my treatment. So it does frustrate that red tape prevails and customer satisfaction falls to second place in terms of priority.) It's a pretty sensitive situation for me having to have this treatment in the first place so I was left feeling quite embarrassed, not to mention upset that I'm going to have to pay out more each time to include this extra tiny area - which will end up quadrupling the price of the Groupon "deal". Nevertheless, I've bought the deal now, so fingers crossed the results are worth it.
