Rosie changed me from oxygen treatment to microdermabrasion as she said this was more appropriate for my skin. This was much shorter than the treatment had paid for, and included LED light therapy, which made me feel nauseous and headachy. Rosie stopped the LED as soon as I said this, but this cut the treatment even shorter. I paid for a 1h 15m treatment and only received 45 minutes. My skin feels good but I feel my experience would have been much better if I’d received the treatment I booked.

My first visit so didn’t know what to expect my main issue was nothing was explained to me about the procedure I had to ask so many questions which when your already anxious didn’t give me confidence I also felt pressured as felt so anxious I did not receive any after care advice either. Had to go home and google the procedure I didn’t find the experience very pleasant and I would not return to this clinic again when paying private you would expect better basic treatment and care
