Rosie was quite rude and was reminding me repeatedly, that because I was using a wowcher deal that they were doing my treatment but shouldn’t be as I’d previously had a session gifted to me. She made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.She didn’t mark out my areas and almost refused to do the same areas that the other staff do,but did it reluctantly in the end. I was told by reception that I would be able to purchase my own wowcher deal,with the first one being a gift which I did. Unprofessional

Amy was really welcoming and she ask if I had anything like this before. She went over everything with me and to make sure I understood. I got to ask questions and was email aftercare. Amy also made sure I was comfortable at all time. Overall I was happy with service.
