My appointment was at 10am Saturday 30th.
I like to arrive 10 minutes early for any appointment. There was nobody there. Finally got let into the building at 09.58 by someone rushing around trying to get things ready. The treatment seemed rushed as well. Seem to lack a bit care compared to previous appointments.
I won’t make appointments with Rosie again.

The treatment felt a little rushed there was no explanation of the procedure or how it would solve my problem.
The initial consultation said 2 treatments then I was told 4-6 when I actually had the procedure so I’m a little confused.
I was rushed into completing the forms so didn’t really have time to read them properly.
There was NO aftercare information provided.
I felt there was no personal touch and it was all about getting me and out.

Lovely oxygen facial from Amy. Would have been 5 star if when applying lotions/mask to explain the benefits of the product that you applying. Overall enjoyed the facial!
