Appointment booked for 10am, politely I turn up at 09.50. Rang the buzzer, no answer! Went back to my car to warm up. Buzzed the door at 10 and the receptionist had just arrived. Asked me to wait in the freezing cold waiting room. Waited 15 minutes and decided to leave because I had to go to work.
Just feels a bit unprofessional and not welcoming.
I got an apologetic phone call and rebooked.
I just hope I don’t have to go into the city for another wasted journey and parking costs

The venue was very nice and I was treated well. It was a very quick and re-assuring service, the laser shocks were a little more severe than I expected, but the pain was over in a nano-second and I soon recovered. The venous lake I was treated for has completely disappeared from my lip.

I was interested in facial hair removal. After discussion electrolysis was elected.
First session went very well. Hopefully I'm lucky and won't need too many but well worth it to get rid of an ever going nuisance. Face hair.

This experience was way more than I expected. The service, the chats and Laura. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and always was checking if I felt okay before, during and after treatment. She is a gem who works for the clinic. I used to look forward to coming in every 6 weeks just to see Laura. Keep up the amazing work
