Appointment booked for 10am, politely I turn up at 09.50. Rang the buzzer, no answer! Went back to my car to warm up. Buzzed the door at 10 and the receptionist had just arrived. Asked me to wait in the freezing cold waiting room. Waited 15 minutes and decided to leave because I had to go to work.
Just feels a bit unprofessional and not welcoming.
I got an apologetic phone call and rebooked.
I just hope I don’t have to go into the city for another wasted journey and parking costs
