I was booked in for the wrong treatment and no-ne available to do the treatment i had paid for. i had taken a day off for the appointment and 2 days recovery period so had financial implications for me. i am self employed so had tuned down contracts. so not very good and terribly disappointed. Sana was lovely and facilitated a consultation but i have already had one and the forms could have easily been filled in on my next treatment date so think it was just to fill in time.

Feel like she is just rushing through the treatment and the cold air is not blowing to the area she is treating. The whole treatment usually last 45 mins but she did it in 25 mins.
