The lady doing the treatment hadn’t read our forms (3 of us; 19 yrs old, 47 yrs old and 71 yrs) and had no idea who we were. She lasered over my granddaughters tattoo and burnt her skin quite badly. Bad experience. No aloe Vera gel to apply after treatment as they’d run out. Couldn’t find enough special glasses for us to wear so couldn’t all be in the same room at the same time.
Laser Hair Removal
I was told up to 6 treatments was usually enough and some clients find 4 treatments is enough but I can only rate the treatment I received at under 50%. The hairs are still coming through alot. I was told at my final visit that I may need up to 12 treatments which wasn't explained at the beginning. Maybe a get out clause because I had explained I was disappointed. There was a new receptionist at the Park Clinic on my last visit who was rude and ignorant to say the least which I raised with the owner who was very understanding and is going to investigate my complaint. I wouldn't feel comfortable going back here for any further appointments.
