Good location in the city centre, with Amole parking outside at a reasonable price.
The clinic was very lovely & the staff friendly and helpful.
The waiting room unfortunately was cold (March 2019). I wouldn’t like to visit on a very cold day. And I found it difficult to get through on the phone to make my initial appointment.
However, overall I am very happy, the staff are great, very professional and thorough throughout the treatment.
I book in on the day for my next visit to avoid any issues of having difficulty getting through on the phone.
Their laser hair technology is advanced too, which is most important and it’s not IPL which is older technology, takes longer and not suitable for all hair types.
I’m very happy to recommend them to other people.

My experience at Park Private Clinic unfortunately was a bad one. I phoned in advance, twice, to check the areas included in the laser hair removal on the groupon offer. Was told the area i wanted was included in the medium package, so i made an appointment for a patch test the next day. I arrived and was left waiting for 20 minutes. My appointment time was at 1:45 and i was taken in at 2:05. I was worried because i had paid for parking and i hoped the time wouldn’t run out on my ticket. Shawna was a nice lady but once we established the area i wanted treating wasn’t on the groupon offer and i had just wasted 2 hours of my time getting to the clinic, she tried to push the blame on me. She told me i mentioned things on the phone which i never said and she also tried to imply i had phoned the wrong clinic regarding the groupon offer. When i phoned the number on the group on offer and made the appointment in the same call... I’m so annoyed I’ve wasted my time and money for no reason just because the staff weren’t educated on their offers. Make sure you’re 100% they offer what they say they do is all i can say.
