To start with they where running nearly 1gr behind schedule. When it was finally my turn I was rushed in and out this was my first consultation and nothing was explained and she didn't even assess my hair growth n had already made excuses for the hair probably growing back due to pcos( which I don't understand as surly by killing the hair follicles the hair won't grow back but she insisted it's a hormone thing but dudbt explain due to running behind) she started strait with the patch test which was like a iron being out on my face which again I wasn't prepared for. Then afterwards I was asking about how should I prepare for my next appointment and she gave minimal info so I needed to ask lots of questions as I was being shown the door like should u shave to which she responded with yes that's why ut was painful today (I had not received any advice from the clinic on how to prepare for the consultation), should I not wear make up( again responded with o y gave u got some on today which I had as not been told what to do) I had to sight a short I forming that I had had all side effects discussed before even going in which never happened in my consultation. Then I was informed my problem wasn't that bad and others have ut worse which I am well aware of but this does not make it any less upsetting for myself. Overall i would not he recommending the clinic or using their services. Also spoke with others awaiting treatment and one individual said they gave had over 6 treatments and no difference has been seen.

Amazing service and great results . The member of staff was very thorough in explaining the procedure and how it worked exactly. Was given lots of advice on aftercare and how to best look after my skin . Would definitely recommend.

It was my first treatment at this clinic and although it was a long procedure, it was by no means unpleasant. I was given regular short breaks and lots of advise on products the enhance the effect
