Very disappointed and shocked by the experience as I have been a very loyal customer and even got two of my besties and my hubby to come here for mani pedi. I booked for a gel manicure but the therapist took 45 minutes just to remove my gel and still didn’t manage to remove it all in the end. We ran out of time so I asked the therapist to either refund or give me an extended appointment and they blatantly refused. Moreover nail stations were filthy. Made me feel very uncomfortable
The salon offers a clean, tidy and relaxing environment, which is not often the case in other places. Natalia was very welcoming and made sure that I was happy with my treatment at several times. I will definitely consider coming back to Parkside Nails in the future.
