Utterly disappointed, therapist dropped wax on my hair whilst getting eyebrow wax,which took the therapist 20mins to remove. Booked for a French shellac but after nearly 2 hours of enduring a dodgy uneven bumpy French finish had to ask the therapiat to opt for a nude shellac shade as therapist was not experienced in giving a reasonable standard french finish.

Lady made great effort with French manicure. Only critique would be confusing services (French manicure actually file and polish, no cuticle work)

I changed may head massage to a back massage as I felt I needed it.Came in needing to distess the salon has employed a new therapist and she was brillant I nearly fell asleep I can't wait for my next visit.
