Paru was very nice but the seat where she washed my hair was so uncomfortable it hurt my back and the water was cold. I wasn't sitting in front of a mirror so I couldn't see what was going on even though there was no one else there so the chairs by the mirror were free. When she straightened my hair it felt uncomfortable, as though she was ripping it. I would only go here again for a dry cut.
