I took my friend as a special treat to try something we had both experienced overseas instead of the normal massage or facial. The area and outside of the hotel does not reflect the excellent and professional service we received from the moment we walked in the door. The treatment was very professional and the therapist was amazing especially working in such hot conditions and I would highly recommend this treatment and will certainly go again. Overall fantastic!
I bought the £45 for 4 turkish Hamman vouicher. prior to purchasing the voucher we had called the spa and they had confirmed the treatment would be applied by a therapist, the day before we arrived we again contacted them and they said our voucher was equivalent to the Oruental Royal Treatment advertisedb on their website. However, on ourarrival we were told that our voucher was only included them supplying the masques / cleansing products and qwe would have to apply them ourselves and there was no massage. In addition there were only two of us in the party and they wouldn't give us the spare masques although we were allowed to take whatever was left of our own masques home. We had a good hour in the Turkish bath but felt disappointed as we had been led to believe that the experience would be so much more. Quite expensive for just two people but ok value if there are 4 of you. For reference this is equivalent to the "first hamman visit" advertised on their website for £25 per person.
I had visited Pasaha before with my daughter before and we enjoyed so much when another deal came up I booked it again, for four people. When we arrived we were told that the deal did not include the therapists which I felt was a very big part of the treatment, they were saying it was wahanda fault, but it was not a good start to relaxing treatment. They could tell I was upset and disappointed ,and in the end they provided the therapists. We had an excellent afternoon but I think I will check on the deal each time I book to make sure the deal is correct.
it was like stepping into a little corner of Turkey. My boyfriend even really enjoyed it even though he was a little sceptical being rubbed down by another man but it was so much fun and the two guys who did the treatment were lovely.
We have seen better! We were greeted at the hotel with a tasty tea and shown the hammam area. The ambience was ok with candles and fragrances in the air. However, The steamroom was not steamy at all and not really hot. The celing was stained with mould and it was quite smelly. The lockers were horrible. We've put our stuff inside and discovered that the door of the locker was bent inside and we couldn't open it anymore. We asked the therapist to help us with the locker and he needed quite a while (20 min) to open it as I was sitting there wet and wrapped in towels. Proper towels were only provided after we asked for it. The hairdryer was overheating and turned off after a minute and I couldn't dry my hair. The therapist told us to speed up as other customers were waiting. I was forced to get out with wet hair and half the makeup. Overall, we wouldn't go there again. It was a let-down!
