Very welcoming on arrival and our thearopist a man explained exactly what would happen all the way through treatments very relaxing in the steam room and the chocolate body mask was great i would go again and maybe book a massage to go with this treatment it would finish off a great day. Only thing i would say is lockers dont lock and as it shared theyneed to be, and toilets are right down end of hall. Great day out thanyou look forward to more deals maybe a pckage as ive suggested.
I found the whole experience quite pleasant, I lead a very busy life and thought I would try some treatments to help me relax . The staff was very polite and very helpful. Would certainly go back.
I went with my mum last Sunday, 5th August and we had a brilliant time! I must say that getting there we weren't impress by the area... but once there, the place was clean and very nice and... the therapist was amazing!!! Will highly recommend this place! xx
Overall, we had a great time. The hammam was welcoming and very clean, we had private changing space, we were provided with tea and water, and the staff were great. If I had one complaint, it is that the water should have been iced. If that's the worst I can say, then I'm sure you'll understand that we had a great time!
I got off at the wrong tube station and became terribly lost. As a result I was half an hour late and missed the steam part of the session. Once I arrived I was ushered into the Turkish bath changing area by a very charming Turkish man. Once ready I entered the lovely Turkish bath where one other woman was also having the same session. To our delight the rather handsome Turkish man came back in wrapped in a Turkish bath wrap to give each of us an exfoliation treatment. He went on to coat on a chocolate mask and left each of us to relax for a while..... delicious on all accounts. The therapist was not only handsome but was gentle, attentive and very professional. Once our treatment had finished we were taken back outside to the initial changing/waiting area and was served a fresh mint and lemon tea. We joked that we would like to have the Turkish bath and the therapist put into our own homes as a permanent fixture! Joking aside the experience was a one of a kind pampering on all accounts. Amazing!! I managed to sneak a look at the Turkish restaurant hidden at the back of the hotel, which also looked like it would be a delight to visit for a meal...very attractive and cosy. I will never forget this experience. I felt superb afterwards...and loved the attention we were given throughout our time at the Turkish bath :)
