would not go to this venue ever again. first they kept us waiting for almost an hour past our scheduled time, didn't clean the room after the previous recipients, and after sitting in a semi hot room for about 10 minutes, i had to (using one of the last girls dirty towels) go out into the lobby in my bikini and ask what the heck was going on and what we were supoosed to be doing and maybe if we could get some soaps and fresh towels. then the guy decided to come and bring us all the soaps and stuff we needed to do the treatment. i had fun cause i was in a hot room with water taps and a pressure hose (?) with a great friend and the actual products we used were nice, and would do something similar, but defintely at another venue!!!!!!
What I actually paid for was not enough - so we had to purchase something else whilst we were waiting. We were kept waiting for a long time and no one told us why.
When we eventually got ushered into the changing area - they didnt say what the next step was - so left us. We made our own way into the Steam Bath area and sat there for about 45 minutes.
We thought they had forgotten about us.
We werent too impressed but having said that - the guys that did the treatment were very good
I just wish they would let clients know what to expect and what will happen and how long we are suppose to be hanging around for.
Even if the person that introduced us to the treatment was very kind, the receptionist has been very not polite and useless when we called and need some directions to arrive at the spa.
The treatment was fine enough and the place comfortable and clean.
I would do it again probably, even if the location is not the best of London!
The place was well run with friendly stafff. We decided to try it out based on seeing lots of good reviews on line and it did not disappoint. We had the turksih bath to ourselves and it was cosy and relaxing. You were allowed to use the facilities as you wanted within that hour and they were quite flexible. We had a meal at the back of the hotel afterwards and really enjoyed the ambience and the food there too.
Once again Enjoyed the experience at pasha hotel overall treatment was lovely, very happy with the way my skin felt after.... this was my second visit an again my kin felt as soft as a baby's bottom afterwards and I will be going again very soon!!
