I arrived, they didn’t know what I had booked then as I was trying to enjoy my hot towel they proceeded to just shout over eachother which just made it kill the mood. I paid for a 30 minute hot towel shave but I was in and out in 10 minutes, surely they could have given me a back massage or something? Kinda disappointing but at the same time a great shave.
