The cut itself was okay, however, okay does not justify the £38 charge and threat of having to pay double as I asked to go a bit higher with my fade once he had already done it. He repeatedly disregarded any of my requests and queries and didn’t have a clue about customer service. If you’re looking for a clean cut but at a stupid price and poor social skills from the staff, then it’s the place for you. Even the client sitting in the chair next to me stared in shock of how they treated clients...
