Vicky was really, really good! I could tell she has in-depth knowledge of the Dermalogica brand which helped because I could tell her what I was using and she could tell me if I was using it correctly or not. The facial was really relaxing and she did a really thorough job. Nothing to complain about. Really good value for money too.
Best LVL ever! I'd highly recommend Vicky if you're looking for LVL. I've had the procedure a few times before but never have I had the confidence to go make up free before. This is the first time I've felt that my lashes really stand out and do not need additional curling. Vicky is very professional and talked me through the process the whole way. Even though I now live in NW London, I will definitely make the trek back to have Vicky do my lashes again. Thank you!
I booked a hot stone massage with Vicky. It was great and I asked for strong pressure which is what I got. The only downside is that the venue is a hairdressers so you can hear the dryers etc but once I got into my massage I forgot about it. Great value and service and I would definitely return.
Vicky was really lovely and made me feel very comfortable. The treatment was professional and as pain free as can be hoped with this kind of treatment. Would thoroughly recommend and will be returning again myself!
Vicky herself was great, it was a lovely massage and she was very friendly. She did mention to me in advance that the hairdresser is in on Fridays so there might be some noise; this was fine, as I bought some headphones. However, I was really put off by the rest of the staff. Although they were friendly when I came in, they then sat around me in the waiting area and started having a conversation as if I wasn't sat in the room with them. Some of the things they were discussing were quite personal, one of the staff was getting another one to remove fluff from her clothes, and another staff member was eating lunch. It is a very small space, and there was no escaping their conversation. This put me on edge before my treatment, and made me uncomfortable interacting with the staff members. I won't be going back.
