I cannot complain about Vicky or the massage. The only problem is the setting. The beauty salon is within a hairdressers and all I could hear was someone on the phone and talking over the hairdryer for 10 minutes of my massage which did not enable me to totally relax.

I can't recommend Vicky enough for a bikini wax. It's leas painful than other places I've been to and the hot wax means it actually lasts. Just excellent

Vicky was lovely and the salon was clean and comfortable. My LVL treatment was of a high standard and my lashes look great! I used to go into London to get them done but this will be my new place to go to.

I was booked in last minute for Dermalogica facial with Vicky, she was very welcoming even though I was a little late and was even very helpful in locating parking. Vicky is an extremely professional therapist giving good skin care advice, as well as explaining the products used during the facial. My skin felt wonderful afterward, Vicky come highly recommended. The only limiting factor is that local parking is very difficult and would be a concern, never the less I intend to visit again for another facial.

La Belle is a lovely local beauty salon in Woodford. Vicky was very friendly and I received confirmation/reminder texts before the massage.
Vicky asked what type of pressure I wanted from the massage and she got it spot on! The only reason I havent given a 5 for ambience as I could quiet clearly hear the conversations out in the main part of the salon where clients were having their nails done. As this is not a large salon I don't think there is anything they could do about this - and I will be going back for another massage.
