Gernet had previously recommended my 11 daughter have a keratin treatment to make her hair easier to manage. The result was amazing and, although my daughter was nervous about losing her natural curls, she is really pleased with the result. Gernet is skilled, attentive, patient and personable and went way over the allotted time making sure my daughter’s hair looked amazing. Highly recommend.

I went to Gernet after my usual salon didn’t have availability in the timeframe I needed. She was extremely knowledgeable and used an earlier consultation to really understand what I was looking for.
I am in love with the colour, but do think I’d prefer lighter highlights which we have discussed and will deal with at my next appointment.
Passion Hair Boutique was slightly more expensive than my other salon, however I cannot deny the knowledge, expertise and time provided by Gernet.
