I had a half head of highlights treatment with Olga for the the first time. She was very good at being honest about what would work for my hair and she really did a lovely job.
The salon however was quite dirty with hair trimmings left in the skirting boards.
I did feel like I massively overpaid due to extras of having a second colour and toner. The reason being is that I was told one price and the owner said I owed double the price which seemed very off and a real shame.

Had a different hairdresser. They phoned me up and asked for my appointment to be 1.5 hours after I booked it. Salon seems quite old but not sure how experienced the hairdressers are. I asked for a curly blow but they said they could only do curls with tongs. Didn’t walk me through how much they’d take off my hair or how they’d cut in layers. Scared to wash my hair and see how it all looks out of the pin curls which I have to return to them.

I love my haircut, it was done exactly how I showed the picture. They were ready for me right on time and the staff were all kind, I felt comfortable as a result of this. Thank you so much!
