Friendly hairdresser. Professional cut. But the scalp massage advertised at 15 mins was about 3 mins. Inaccurate description of service given. This was a standard wash cut and blow dry.

They took about 1hr 40 to do my nails - really really slow. Usually I don’t complain but this was just poor service because my nails weren’t even and she didn’t do enough coats

I had a half head of highlights treatment with Olga for the the first time. She was very good at being honest about what would work for my hair and she really did a lovely job.
The salon however was quite dirty with hair trimmings left in the skirting boards.
I did feel like I massively overpaid due to extras of having a second colour and toner. The reason being is that I was told one price and the owner said I owed double the price which seemed very off and a real shame.
