Never heard of flat ironing being an extra charge but the lady was kind enough to let me know next time there will be £5 charge for flat ironing on top of the blow dry. Just wished these things were told prior or on the website as this is not the normality.

My manicurist was not Christina, was an asian Lady who was extremely thorough in her job , very happy with my gel nails ! Fairly quick and professional!
