I waited 20 minutes to get my manicure despite booking in advance. I specified “long and square”, I got short and round. Took awfully long to complete. Very disappointed.

My nails are extremely bad. I got shellac done after lockdown now they are so bad i need to find a removal asap to fix it. Horrible

Loved Olga and the whole experience. She was amazing and listened to what I wanted. The end result was amazing even after travelling the day after and a couple of days later as well. The massage was lovely too, I really enjoyed it!

Very disappointing experience. Booked for Tues but was rescheduled to Weds with a different stylist. Felt incredibly uncomfortable throughout because that stylist kept arguing with me that COVID is no worse than flu, 5G causes COVID (seriously), the government is trying to microchip us & we should keep visiting friends through lockdown. Having struggled with COVID myself & knowing people who have passed away, this felt totally inappropriate. Wanted to walk out & probably should have
