I’m still waiting for treatwell to come back to me on how to fix the mess which had been made. My hair is ruined - wonky, different lengths, uneven and chopped up.

Had a lovely experience getting a mani-pedi and a haircut. Staff are talented and made me feel right at home!

I felt disappointed with the haircut. There was minimal discussion beforehand about what I actually wanted or the style I prefer from the blow dry. It was blowdried not to my taste, so was difficult to tell until I had washed & styled my hair myself what it looked like. Really not a fan of the cut, my hair is thin so I require a blunt cut for thickness but long layers have been added in making my hair sit on my shoulders and flick out. I’ve been required to get my hair cut again at a diff salon
