Booked a manicure, paid online. The salon called to say they actually don’t have anyone to do the manicure and asked me to cancel (would mean I lose my money). I told them to cancel and refund and they still haven’t. It’s been a week now - no update!

This salon is great, I’ve had cuts and/or color with Olga, Jeta, and Gary. They are all friendly and so good at what they do. I’ve also brought my children in for cuts and they’re always so kind do them. This is my go-to hair salon!
