The wash, cut and blow dry where great - amazing is quality and value for money. BUT my appointment was at 12 and I was only just sitting in the chair at 12:45

I actually had my haircut by Olga. I was very pleased with the outcome. She listened to what I wanted and was a pleasant and kind person to talk to.

Due to COVID 19 situation I had a bad experience with the salon. I've booked on Treatwell, received confirmation email, I've checked their opening hours and everything seemed to be okay ss usually. But when I reach the salon they were closed which wasn't very pleasant for me. At least they should had been more organized and close they therapists column on Treatwell or send an automatically email to the clients who booked a treatment while they are closed.
