I had booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance and even called before I went, I was still made to wait for 30 mins because they were running late.

I’ve booked a long hair cut and blow dry for £36 with option to pay at the venue. I asked to cut my long her into a short new style which I think qualifies as a “haircut long hair”, but when it came to payment the guy said it’s £45 his colleague whispered to him it’s £36, he asked me “oh you booked on treatwell” I said yes I did. After this he fiddled around on the computer and turned to me saying “oh when it’s a completely new style we charge £45”... not that extra £9, but it’s very dodgy to me... a haircut is a haircut and I’ve paid for the long her which we cut it short. If haircut means trim from the end and don’t call it haircut or specify what’s included in the Treatwell price...
