I have booked an OPI gel nails and paid an extra £10 for it. The salon doesn't even have OPI gel.
When i asked the staff about the price paid they said they didn't know about it.

I had a lovely time at Passion. Gary was very professional and passionate about the way he managed his clients and everyone was really friendly at the salon.

excellent pedicure - would be better if there was a pedicure chair. For what they charge, I would expect appropriate facilities. that said, the nail tech, products used and pedicure itself was top-notch.

Dita was AMAZING!
I've been in London for a year and tried two other salons for highlights that were a complete dissapointment and waste of money.
Passion Hair knew exactly what I wanted, were confident and humble. The colour is perfect! They didn't rush so was relaxing.
It is a small salon with a welcoming homely feel but still very professional and clean.
The staff were so friendly and very kind.
I won't be going anywhere else now.
