Terrible service, they were not even aware of my appointment... they did not even know how treatwell worked.
When I arrived, they first debated amongst themselves on who to wash and cut my hair. It was then a back and forth chatter "I'm not cutting her hair", "no I'm not"... while I was sitting there.
Got my hair cut, I asked for a straight cut, the front of my hair was longer than the rest when the hairdresser was done. I then had to go to another hair salon to get that fixed.
When I was done, they then asked me to pay? Which I already did online.. TERRIBLE service.

Went here for the first time with a groupon voucher.Was extremely pleased with the colour and cut. Sara did exactly what I asked for. Very pleasant,friendly staff. Will definitely return.
First time ever that I did not have a good experience at this salon. The staff are always different whenever you come so you don't know who you're going to get, but usually they've always been brilliant. This time sadly the hairdresser took 1.5 hours to do a blow dry, messed it up and the salon owner had to step in and fix it, which he did. Everyone was extremely nice about it but it was obviously disappointing.
