First time ever that I did not have a good experience at this salon. The staff are always different whenever you come so you don't know who you're going to get, but usually they've always been brilliant. This time sadly the hairdresser took 1.5 hours to do a blow dry, messed it up and the salon owner had to step in and fix it, which he did. Everyone was extremely nice about it but it was obviously disappointing.

The man who dyed my hair did a quite a good job. However he was running 45 minutes late for my appointment and the staff seemed very unorganised. I wouldn't necessarily recommend the salon and I probably would not return.
