I had a booking, but the salon didn't know about it. I have been waiting for over an hour before somebody came to me (after asked by another client) and noticed I am there. I asked for light/medium brown eyebrows, but they look very dark, almost black, which with lighter hair looks ridiculous. They asked me if I paid already, didn't know how much I should pay at all. It is cash only, which hasn't been stated in the description, so I had to go and find the ATM. I will not go there ever again.

I didn’t really received the treatment mentioned in the ads, I know was a £3 treatment but it wasn’t what I received, and she charged me £4.
When I came down the stairs I didn’t feel welcomed it was like I was intruding her space, and I sat at the chair she didn’t ask how I like my eyebrow she just did it ( which turned out alright) no cream at the end of treatment or oil; since was warm outside.
But she did my eyebrow really good.the problem was the price and customer service

Horrible experience I've booked the appointment from treadwell spoke to the owneron the phone and got therethe lady working said there no appointmentfor you today I can see you today was unbelievable the way I have been treated ill not even for my enemy... I don't know how they still open .. not professional at all . Never again horrible place.

I booked an appointment via Treatwell & paid online. Treatwell showed there was availability all day. Upon arrival I was told to cancel the appointment and leave, with no explanation, or advice on how to get a refund.
