They cancelled my booking without advanced notice telling me that she was busy and she didn’t have the calendar invite . When I spoke to treatwell . The women on the phone said that my booking was in fact in their calendar . I was advice by the salon employée to cancel the booking but I insisted that she needs to speak to treat well . When I gave her the phone she refused to authorise the refund as her boss needs to do so . Still waiting for that refund

I arrived at the salon for my booked appointment and was told to go away. The person continued to say she was busy and when I said I have an appointment she informed me that someone else was coming for an appointment at my scheduled time, she then returned to the treatment room. Having spent 1 hour walking there, I left the premises disappointed but I saw a salon called South Beach a few meters away and they accepted me for a walk in appointment. I was seen straight away and my wax was quick and pain free. Please avoid Chiswick Beauty Spot.
