After travlling an hour to get to my apointmnet in time they told me they had no idea about my apointment and that although they were free they couldnt do my gel nails manicure because their nail polish is all dryed up and their uv machine is broken ... why offer gel manicure if you do not have the tools to provide it??
Also treatwell have it wrong, they close at 6.

5 minutes before my appointment the salon rang me to say they were running 30-40 minutes behind. I explained I couldn’t sit and wait for this long and asked for my appointment to be rescheduled for the following day - the salon were unable to accommodate and now I have paid for a service I have not received. Very disappointed - would not recommend at all

Appointment booked, money debited...shop closed!
My first impression was good when i went there last xmas for the first time. Booked again through the app, unfortunately the shop was closed when i turned up last night, called, emailed...no answer! Full amount has been debited from my credit card!!!! No sure how to get my money back now?!
