I needed a last minute appointment and booked 1 hour in advance - the booking wasn’t on the system and so it felt a bit awkward. I had a manicure- very basic with cuticles soaked and pushed back, nail shaping and then shellac. Very limited choice of colours. I had to ask for one nail to be redone and had to file off the rough edges of 3 nails when I got home. One nail has already chipped. Atmosphere was functional but not exactly welcoming - will not return.
