The ladies who work here are lovely, a cheap and cheerful place but you get what you're paying for - my £3 eyebrow threading treatment hasn't held up great the next day and I was cut a few times but what more do you expect for such a bargain. My manicure was much better. Also, not sure if there is a problem with the Treatwell system but they had no recollection of my booking at the place.

I really liked the place . neat and clean but the lady who did my waxing was really rude.It was so painful so I asked her to stop for a while but she kept on going.And replied really rude . That’s not an appropriate way to talk to the customers

Although the owner and ladies seemed lovely, I am unsure if they should be hairdressing. While I was having my hair done the chemicals in my hair got very hot and started smoking. I had to call to be checked. When she took the foil off my hair was piping hot, chemically burning my hair to pieces and my ear on the heat of the foil. She then tried to cover up the damage with a toner which didn’t work. When she was cutting my hair she hacked into the damaged bits to try and cover up the amount of damage she had done. I had to spend £280 in rush hair in Chiswick today and spend 5 hours of my day trying to correct the cut and colour i was left with. I will be taking this further and I was to be reimbursed for my treatment and the correction. Such shabby work shouldn’t be advertised on your site.

Amazing treatments. The women who looked after me treated me with such care. It was more than any pedicure and manicure I’ve had. They took their time with the treatments and gave extra exfoliating treatments and massage whilst doing the pedicure and manicure. Can’t wait to go back again!

Lovely little place tucked away on Chiswick high road. Really good and careful job. Only complaint is not many colours to chose from for my shellac
