Hairwash - water went over my face Haircut- i asked for layers and feathers to give me max volume and what I got was a super standard straight cut at the back and front. No texture and no volume achieved. Blowdry- I asked for volume and the lady focused on achieving a "bounce" at the end of my hair! She did not blow from the roots down, only dried from half the strands down, which left my hair looking flat. l would not go back or recommend
