Booked a root colour and cut appointment - staff completely unaware of booking - so had to wait - the colour was quick and done well - I am pleased with the colour! Unfortunately, I ended up with the worse haircut ever, the stylist was clearly out of her depth, despite showing photos and wanting a simple haircut the stylist cut 3 thick blocked layers into my hair which looked dreadful she was clearly getting frustrated and with limited English she did not understand what I was asking for she was clear getting really frustrated and making it worse. Fortunately her colleague became free and was able to take over in an attempt to sort out the botched cut... suffice to say I am devasted and not sure how I am going to style my hair and it is too short to tie up!
