Really really disappointed with this whole experience. Both the ladies were absolutely lovely- but that was the only good thing. I wasn’t asked what shape I wanted and when I asked what curl they have they just bought out a packet of one length of lash. The lashes used were the Ardell branded individual ones (£3 a packet) you can buy cheaply from Superdrug.. they weren’t the professional individual lash extensions you expect a salon to use, they were cheap and look awful. If I wanted lashes from Superdrug I would’ve bought them and done them myself, and sorry to say I’d probably have done a better job. Glue used was fine at first but started to really sting a couple of hours after. The lashes weren’t attached to each natural lash but instead were attached to the base of my eyelid so they look silly and unnatural. She also asked me to open my eyes every five mins to check the coverage and if I wanted more lashes put on, which you aren’t meant to do until the glue has dried. Such a shame as it’s a great price and lovely technicians- however I would never return and don’t suggest anyone else gets lashes done here, I’m not sure if the technicians are trained, or if they’re trying to do everything cheaply- either way a complete disaster and waste of my money
