Awful awful experience. Avoid!!!! My sister and I booked eyebrow wax and tint and paid online. We called to say we just parked up and were almost there. The woman however on the phone said “no no, I don’t have time come back tomorrow” apparently she was waiting for a customer who was also running late for 3 hours?? How does that make sense? She was so rude, laughing at me and said I’m not “understanding her”. I’m figuring out how to get a refund and I really hope I do get one. What a joke

Great little spot (that probably gets missed as its in a basement flat). VERY clean and super friendly staff. appointment was efficient and easy! Definitely my go to spot for all future beauty needs!
